But steps need to be taken seriously on its implementation. My humble request is that cases pending in all courts in India must be cleared in a fixed time limit. Adjournments to be controlled. CJI need to indicate the lawyers that they must come prepared for arguement. Not more than three adjournments to be permitted. At the end of 3rd arguement case must he finalised on either side.
